• Payment data (processed by Gumroad — we do not store card details)

• Provide and improve the CrewWaypoint service
• Send you account credentials and product updates
• Track your progress across sessions
• Analyse platform usage to improve the product

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database provider. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Gumroad, Inc. — payment processing and merchant of record
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-generated feedback
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
• Resend — transactional email delivery

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
